Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 4th floor. All Pointe building have an elevator and a coded entry for security.

This unit offers Queen Size beds in each bedroom. Wi-fi is included.

The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.

All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.

Living area has seating for 4. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air!

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.

Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties allowed! All properties are non-smoking!
