Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, 964 SFT Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 1st floor.
Bedroom #1 - Offers a King Size Bed w/ TV
Bedroom #2 - Offers a Double Bed w/ a Twin Size Trundle & TV.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience.
There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
All Pointe buildings have an elevator and have a coded entry for security.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.
